We offer several effects and options for your packaging. To further increase the attractiveness or usefulness of your packaging, we may add certain elements or techniques as listed below.
If you have a package, you have your brand carrier. But sometimes it can be fun for both you and the customer if the packaging has that little extra. With our range of effects, you can increase the attractiveness of the product and thereby increase the chance that the customer chooses your product over all competitors.
With a special tool we can emboss your packaging. This creates a relief, which is an elevation / recess in the material that you can clearly see with your eyes and feel with your hands. The embossing can be of any shape, and can be used to highlight a logo or other image element. Combine this with partial UV varnish or foil for best effect.
Metallic foil is an effect that we apply after regular printing of your packaging. The result is a metallic surface with, for example, gold or silver. If you combine this with embossing, it gives your packaging an exclusive feeling.
We can also start from a printing sheet that is completely silver foiled. In a single run, we print the sheet with a white color where you do not want it to shine. In combination with the usual colors that are then applied, we can produce different effects on different locations on your packaging. The end result is that it can look like regular four-color printing in some places while others can become metallic in any color. You get a lot of design freedom and used correctly, you can create really interesting effects with this technology.
If you want something super special we have a close cooperation with, for example, Uttenthal.
Do you want print on both the inside and outside of your packaging? Then your packaging should have a printed inside liner. With our In-line machine we can do this in a nice way for you.
UV lacquer gives an extra durable surface and more shine to underlying colors. It can be combined with a effect lacquer to create a paint surface that is partially glossy and partially matte or knoty. In combination with the right print, this gives very nice effects.
Do you have a product you want it to smell like a strawberry or maybe a stable? We can use special colors with over 100 scents that react when you scrape them.
To further create an attractive effect, we can attach a hologram to your packaging.
The customer wants to know what he or she will get for the money. With a film window, a part of the contents of the packaging is revealed to lead the customer to a purchase decision. Windows are available in different sizes and thicknesses. Of course, you can also choose to leave an open hole if the design allows it.
Give your customer an extra positive overall opinion of your product by eliminating the potentially troublesome moment of carrying the product home. With the help of an integrated handle you can facilitate the unpacking in the shop and the home transport for the costumer. An unwritten rule is that all packages that measure more than 8 cm above the grip surface must have handles so the customer can grip the package with one hand.
Handles can be built into the design in several ways. Some examples are in the form of separate plastic handles, glued straps, or integrated directly into the structure as a hole to insert the hand into.
We can apply a double-sided adhesive tape that allows packaging to be sealed in the packing stage. The entire package with the exception of the lid is then permanently glued, and the lid is sealed with the tape when the box is packed. When combined with tear tape, you get a very time-efficient design that is easy to close for the sender and easy to open for the recipient.
