In January, Cosimo Eck took over as the new CEO of FrontPac. Now we want to take this opportunity to introduce him to you a little closer. We share with you his journey within the company, what drives him in leadership and what gives him energy both on and off the job.
From production to leadership in packaging manufacturing
Cosimo’s journey within FrontPac has been marked by a clear goal – to one day take a leadership position in the company. To build a deep understanding of the business and packaging manufacturing in practice, he has worked both hands-on in production and in various roles in the office.
Over the years, he has gained a broad understanding of the company's work with packaging, the industry in general, and how the entire business is interconnected.
– I have always had the goal of taking a leadership role in the company. Being able to work both hands-on and strategically has given me the security and perspective needed to lead the business forward, says Cosimo.
Motivators on and off FrontPac
What motivates Cosimo the most is seeing people and the business develop together. When the team grows, takes responsibility and achieves common goals, both results and job satisfaction are created.
Outside of work, Cosimo relaxes by reading books and being outdoors. He also enjoys playing padel and basketball, and mountain biking. This gives him new energy, both privately and in his role as CEO.
With a strong foundation in the business and several years of experience within the company, we look forward to continuing to develop FrontPac and our work with packaging under Cosimo's leadership.
