This gives you both a stable supply chain and a back-up in case of unforeseen challenges. Our goal is to operate a resource-efficient production. That is why we are constantly working to evaluate and improve our processes to reduce our environmental impact. We recycle material waste and use green electricity and biogas, among other things. This also includes making conscious and responsible purchases and optimizing our production to minimize resource waste.

PACKAGING CONSTRUCTION
All products are unique – as should their packaging be. That's why we don't offer standard solutions or ready-made designs, but create packaging that is tailor-made for your product. A well-thought-out design makes a big difference. It minimizes unnecessary air in the packaging while giving your product better protection and reducing the risk of damage. In addition, pallet space is optimized, which means that more packages can be sent per delivery, resulting in fewer transports.
All designs are of course done with the EU legislation in mind such as EUDR and PPWR so you are sure to fulfill these rules with your products.

DESIGN & PREPRESS
Do you need a packaging design that both impresses your customers and stands out on the store shelf? We can help you! Whether you want to create a completely new design or optimize an existing one, we start from your graphic profile and your wishes. Our design team has extensive experience in creating solutions that are stylish, smart, and sell well. We always highlight your brand in the best way.
Once the design is in place, our repro department takes over. There we ensure that the print works optimally in production. This means that the print is crisp, the colors are perfect and that all effects and options are reproduced as intended. Through close cooperation between our two departments, you get a well-thought-out and production-ready solution that both looks fantastic and maintains high technical quality.
PRODUCTION OF PACKAGING
When it comes to packaging production, we are at the forefront – for your sake and for the future. We have three state-of-the-art facilities in Arlöv, Simlångsdalen and Gävle and we continuously invest in new technology and update our production lines to more modern solutions. These are important factors in order for us to be able to deliver the highest quality packaging to you. Regardless of whether you need small or large runs, cardboard or corrugated cardboard, we have the most complete offering in fiber-based packaging. Your needs are in control – we make sure to deliver.
Responsibility is a central part of our business. We work actively to reduce our climate footprint. We therefore conduct annual, objective sustainability reports that review our entire operations and production. These reports then form the basis for improvements in our processes.
OUR MACHINERY
Our production chain covers the entire process and starts in the design department. There we optimize the packaging design based on your product. The original then goes to the repro who ensure the quality of the printing substrate. They do this through well-documented proofing processes before the job goes on to the sheeting. There we adapt the paper sheets to your product to minimize waste.
The sheets then go to one of our printing presses, which ensures that your packaging decor is recreated with sharp details and vibrant colors. Our in-line corrugating machines enable seamless production where several steps take place in one and the same flow. Your packages are then punched out with high precision. If you wish to have your packages glued, this is the last step before we pack your pallet-optimized packages. We then ship them to you or store them in our facilities.
