From gift boxes to complete packaging supplier
Our story begins in 1982 when the packaging company in Arlöv was started. The goal was to produce selling corrugated cardboard packaging that would look good on the store shelf. The packaging would also provide good transport protection so that the products were intact when they arrived at the store. That's when FrontPac was born under the name Sydpac. This business concept has been maintained throughout the years and further developed. Today, FrontPac is one of the most complete packaging producers in the Nordic region within paper-based packaging.

Same Swedish owner since 1997
Since 1982, FrontPac has weathered both booms and busts, industrial closures and new industries that have flourished. In 1997, the company took a turn when the founder of Sydpac chose to sell to Esswell AB, a privately owned company with roots in the European packaging industry. In 2000, a name change was made to FrontPac.
Since the new Swedish owners came into the picture, FrontPac has grown through both acquisitions and organic growth. We have had operations in several locations, including China. Today, we have reached a turnover of around half a billion with almost 200 employees and operations in three locations in Sweden. We have customers all over Europe and operate in basically all industries. FrontPac continues to be a pioneer in the packaging industry, where care, competence and flexibility are in focus to meet your needs and expectations.
