Now we want to take this opportunity to introduce him to you a little closer. We share with you his journey within the company, what drives him in leadership and what gives him energy both on and off the job.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h5><strong>From production to leadership in packaging manufacturing<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Cosimo\u2019s journey within FrontPac has been marked by a clear goal \u2013 to one day take a leadership position in the company. To build a deep understanding of the business and packaging manufacturing in practice, he has worked both hands-on in production and in various roles in the office.<\/p>\n<p>Over the years, he has gained a broad understanding of the company's work with packaging, the industry in general, and how the entire business is interconnected.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 <em>I have always had the goal of taking a leadership role in the company. Being able to work both hands-on and strategically has given me the security and perspective needed to lead the business forward,<\/em> says Cosimo.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Motivators on and off FrontPac<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>What motivates Cosimo the most is seeing people and the business develop together. When the team grows, takes responsibility and achieves common goals, both results and job satisfaction are created.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, Cosimo relaxes by reading books and being outdoors. He also enjoys playing padel and basketball, and mountain biking.
