5 quick questions with our production manager Claus Dalgaard

What are the greatest strengths of our productions?

“The staff and their commitment together with our flexibility. Because we work with customer-specific packaging, we are used to changing quickly and finding solutions based on the customer's needs, which makes us very adaptable.”

What is it like to be responsible for our productions with over 130 employees?

“It’s incredibly varied and involves a lot of responsibility, but that’s also what makes the job so much fun. A lot of it is about getting people to work towards the same goal and creating a team where everyone knows their role.”

What is most important to make a production work really well?

“Clear communication and planning. When everyone knows what needs to be done, and why, everything flows much better. At the same time, it is important to always focus on the customer and adapt to their needs and expectations.”

What is the biggest challenge in your role?

“Balancing efficiency with quality. We always want to deliver quickly, but never compromise on the end result. Sometimes we also receive requests from customers with very short time margins, and then we always do our best to find solutions to be able to deliver on time.”

What do you like to do when you're not at work?

“Then I like to spend time with my family, travel, run and play paddle. That's when I recharge my batteries.
